The Bourne Development Campus (BDC) is a public-private collaboration with the goal of creating a green technology development campus that is itself green.

The BDC will be created on parcels of land in Bourne, Massachusetts north of the Cape Cod Canal totaling about 146 acres. The location is about one hour from both Logan Airport in Boston, Massachusetts and T.F. Green Airport outside Providence, Rhode Island.

One member of the collaboration is the Bourne Financial Development Corporation, a non-profit organization.
